Survey Results Update
Dallas residents spoke up to keep alley service.
The survey results show overwhelming support for alley pickup. City Council will hear the findings on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Dallas City Hall (1500 Marilla St.). Attendance is very important.
Key results: About 25% of 8' and 9' alley customers responded; 93% want to keep alley pickup; 60% are willing to pay more to keep the service. The City is still progressing with a plan that affects tens of thousands, so we must stop it and demand alternatives—including pricing from private haulers.
